Andy Weller is the Managing Director of the afore-mentioned Company. He started as an Apprentice Carpenter and Joiner
in 1982 and Qualified in 1985. He spent 10 years as a
Carpenter and then progressed to a Site Manager for a
further 8 years and was then promoted to the position of Area Build Manager.
He has won Quality and Seal of Excellence Awards from the NHBC and attained a Certificate and Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Building. He has also had the benefit
of being trained by the BSI as an Internal Auditor for
Management Systems ISO 9001.
He has been fully Trained for the inspections of scaffolds and been trained and
certificated through the Site Management Safety Training Scheme for the Construction and Civil Engineering Industries.
Priority
With all the above in mind, we decided that he was in a good position to start his own Company.
He believes strongly that the customer must be put first and that good communication through the whole process is
fundamental to ensuring that the customer is provided with a high quality product and installation at a competitive price. We are a family run business and intend to expand through our customers giving the recommendation that we are the leading home improvement company in customer service.
